Members of the school community are encouraged to take an active interest in the school and its performance and are welcome to attend all Board meetings. Date of meetings are published in the newsletter. Piopio College is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board consists of elected members of the wider community whose role is to provide stable governance. They are accountable for student achievement and overall responsibility of the school including financial management, reporting to the Ministry of Education, property and resources.
