2024 HEAD STUDENTS
Kia ora, my name is Marian Robata and I am privileged to be one of Piopio College’s head students this year. In my year of leadership I aim to encourage academic enrichment for our students and to create a fun and positive learning environment in and out of our kura. I aim to stay persistent, on task and to be a responsible influence towards our younger students at the college.
As a proud Pacific Islander, I want to introduce Piopio College to many Pacific cultures allowing the students to endorse many aspects such as cultural-awareness, cultural-appreciation, and inclusivity. I will do my best to achieve these goals and can’t wait to create many beautiful memories with our beautiful kura!

I am one of the head students of Piopio College for 2024. I enjoy P.E and Woodwork and the small tight knit community feeling of the school. I aim to support and bond with students in all areas and create a space in which everyone can enjoy our amazing school a little bit more. I will be a leader that leads by example and will do my best in the role I’ve been given. |

Hi my name is Jaxon Bryant and I am one of the deputy head students of Piopio College for 2024. This year, I hope to build up my leadership and social skills, and to help students and staff wherever I can. At school I enjoy programming, writing and art. Howdy my name is Justin Laimbeer, and I am one of the deputy head students of Piopio College for 2024. I enjoy my P.E and Woodwork classes, I also enjoy fishing. My goal for this year is to support students in all subjects, and to improve their overall morale and participation in sports days. |
